The Blueprint for Success

Discovery

Initial 30-minute video consultation to establish the following:

  • Introduction to Global by Design

  • Overview of your strategic goals

  • Understanding of your current team structure and future expectations

  • Growth roadmap overview

Project Design Proposal

First proposal prepared for review clearly detailing:

  • Project milestones

  • Core locations to be targeted for team growth

  • Expected salary/rate benchmarking

  • Employment solutions per country

  • Pricing and contract overview

Technical Strategy Meeting & Project Sign Off

At this stage, we will plan a call with a fractional project advisor. Each advisor has been carefully selected based on their expertise in globally distributed team design, deployment and management. They will be able to provide clearly detailed information surrounding how to build your team, strategic decisions you must consider, possible gaps or roadblocks you might encounter and advice on how to build culture amongst a global workforce. At the end of the conversation, you will be left with a number of areas for consideration prior to go-live. The next step is to organize a meeting to sign off on the proposal and agree on go-live dates and strategy.

Global Sign Off Meeting & Go Live

Once the contract has been signed we would require roughly 3-4 weeks to form the Global by Desig team and ensure that all resources are available for go-live
